Opposing the lifting of Pasqua and Marchiani's immunity

Brussels, 28/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Parliament followed the suggestion of its rapporteur, Neil MacCormick, in refusing to lift the parliamentary immunity of the Rassemblement pour la France MEPs Charles Pasqua and Jean-Charles Marchiani (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.9).
