Brussels, 18/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's plenary session at the end of February in Brussels will concentrate on preparing for the Barcelona European Council on 15/16 March and will provide an opportunity to discuss the economic impact of the 11 September terrorist attacks, the setting up of an International Criminal Tribunal and democratic rights in Turkey.
