Brussels, 18/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - Costanza Adinolfi, Echo director, the EU's Humanitarian Aid Office, began a three-day visit to Afghanistan on Monday. During her trip, she will inspect projects financed by Echo and meet members of the Afghan Government and humanitarian organisations partners of Echo on the ground.
