28/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - Decision No. 50/2002/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 7 December 2001 establishing a Community action programme encouraging co-operation between Member States in their fight against social exclusion was published in the EC Official Journal, L10 of 12 January 2002.
