Commission introduces its action plan in fight against slow throttling of gas and electricity infrastructures

Brussels, 20/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - As EUROPE announced yesterday (page 10), the European commission has put forward a series of measures aimed at optimising the use of existing gas and electricity infrastructure and encouraging the construction of a new European infrastructure.
