06/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the visit by Guy Verhofstadt to Luxembourg on Wednesday, in the context of his European capital tour before the European Council of Laeken, Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker affirmed: "I hope a fair number of our colleagues will urge in favour of a European Constitution during the Laeken Summit".
