Brussels, 04/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Council in Brussels on Thursday and Friday (chaired by the Belgian Ministers Marc Verwilghen and Antoine Duquesne) will start by tackling the most difficult issue on its agenda - the European arrest warrant.
