14/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Belgian Presidency is organising for 19 November 2001 at the Palais des Congrès in Liège a conference on "the place of SME in the European Research Area and the New Framework Programme" with Wallonia's Minister for the Economy Serge Kubla, Flemish Finance Minister Dirk van Mechelen, Minister-President of the Brussels-Capital region and EU Research Council President François-Xavier de Donnéa, as well as Commissioner Philippe Busquin.
