12/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has entrusted the permanent representatives of the Member States with the task of pursuing urgent examination of the recommendations (effective national means of appeal, acceleration of implementation of rulings, response to needs in terms of human resources, budget and local resources) aimed at guaranteeing long-term effectiveness of the European Court of Human Rights and presenting a report in November 2002.
