Brussels, 08/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council has adopted (without debate, during the Culture/Audio-visual Council of 5 November) a common position restricting the embargo on weapons, munitions and military equipment intended for Afghanistan to the territory held by the Taliban.
