05/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - After a meeting on Monday in Brussels with Guy Verhofstadt (who is to be in the Middle East from 15 to 18 November, with Louis Michel and Javier Solana), Yasser Arafat declared that the Palestinians will do everything necessary to reach peace and that they will apply "all the recommendations made by Europe".
