05/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - On behalf of the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council, on 6 November, Deputy Foreign Minister Annemie Neyts is to receive a delegation from Medecins sans Frontieres with whom she will notably speak of lifting obstacles that prevent access to medicines for the poorest populations of the world. This issue will be one of the subjects dealt with at the WTO ministerial conference in Doha on 9 November (see other article on what Pascal Lamy expects of the conference).
