ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

The INBRO holding has taken over the stakes of the two other shareholders of the French real estate promoter COGEDIM (turnover EUR 457.4 million forecast for 2001). These stakes are namely that of 40% of the US real estate group TISHMAN SPEYER PROPERTIES and that of 20% of the investment capital society LTI (LBO FRANCE group). The transaction would give COGEDIM a value of around EUR 107 million.
