Brussels, 04/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission approved the "Leader +" programme of the autonomous Spanish region of Valencia which enables this region to receive aid to rural development to the tune of 45 million euro in total, for the period 2001-2006.
