21/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - In a letter addressed to Commissioners Franz Fischler and Michaele Schreyer, Christa Klass from Germany expresses concern about the temptation to which the Commission has succumbed with regards bringing into question the current tax regime that mainly provides a zero rate of excise duties for wine.
