Through its American subsidiary WELLA CORPORATION, German WELLA has acquired the American hair care company GRAHAM WEBB INTERNATIONAL. The amount of the operation, which has still to be approved by the relevant authorities, has not been disclosed.

VALUE OF THE EURO IN DIFFERENT CURRENCIES 31/08/2001:
