Brussels, 31/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission approved the granting of 61.4 million euro in aid (for the 2001/2006 period) in all for rural development in Denmark in the framework of the "Leader +" programme. 17 million euro is to come from the Community structural measures budget and 27.4 million to be granted on the initiative of the private sector.
