31/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - At the opening of the European Parliament's plenary session in Strasbourg on Monday, President Nicole Fontaine will announce to her colleagues that she has indeed received, according to the proper procedures, the requests for the lifting of the parliamentary immunity of Silvio Berlusconi and Marcello Dll'Utri from the Spanish Supreme Court. Berlusconi being no longer member of the European Parliament, the procedure against him has to be dropped. Ms. Fontaine...
