Having received the clearance needed from the control authorities, BROWN, SHIPLEY ICI LIMITED (subsidiary of KBL - KREDIETBANK SA LUXEMBOURGOISE) will take over FAIRMOUNT GROUP PLC for the sum of GBP 35 million. Specialised in the establishment, administration and management of pension funds for individuals and in portfolio management services, FAIRMOUNT employs 210 collaborators and generates an annual turnover of GBP 12.7 million.
