Brussels, 30/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - On behalf of the European Union, the Belgian Presidency made a declaration in which it welcomes "the positive spirit with which all participants in the inter-Congolese pre-dialogue meeting approached the discussion in Gabarone, Botswana, from 20 to 24 August".
