According to the daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Germany's SUDZUCKER wants to sell its stake in the German group FRESENIUS to finance the recent purchase of France's SAINT-LOUIS SUCRE, transaction that cost it 1.6 billion euro.
