ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

The French pharmaceuticals laboratory BEAUFOUR-IPSEN is negotiating with the chemist PCAS to sell it its fine chemicals subsidiary EXPANSIA (turnover FF 148 million) and its plant in Aramon (Gard, France). The sale will be accompanied by a "long term partnership" between the two groups.
