Belgian DEEP GREEN (turnover EUR 25 million forecast for 2001 with 70 employed) specialised in the processing and treatment of polluted soils through thermal treatment, has acquired TPS TECHNOLOGIES, which operates in the same sector in the United States. The amount paid out in the transaction was not disclosed.
