ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) consultancy

The electronic industry consultancy VALTECH (EUR 85.8 million turnover in 2000) has announced its acquisition of the consultancy and IT system management company AXELBOSS CONSULTANTS (EUR 8.7 million turnover in 2000) for an estimated EUR 21.75 million by a transfer of shares at the level of EUR 8 per VALTECH share.
