Brussels, 28/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the third plenary session in May, the EP should vote on the Treaty of Nice and the future of Europe, (see EUROPE of 9 May, p.6, concerning Mendez de Vigo-Seguro resolution). Moreover, it will discuss sustainable development (one of the major themes of the Gothenburg Summit: see EUROPE of 17 May, p.7) and the equal treatment of men and women, and it will hear statements on the recent mission by the EU Troika to Seoul and Pyongyang.
