The manufacturer of industrial films, biodegradable packaging and householder bin bags FARDIS (consolidated turnover of more than EUR 102 million with 540 partners) acquired from the QWAL company all of the shares in the SOFILMA company (annual turnover of more than EUR 5 million with 25 employees), specialised in sealed films. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
