ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

The Italian Internet access and services provider TISCALI announced an agreement for the acquisition of the German Internet company SURFEU for a total of at least EUR 69.6 million. Active in Germany, but also in Austria, Switzerland and Finland, SURFEU had 1.1 million users on 31 March.
