25/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has deferred - probably till 2 May - the adoption of the preliminary draft correcting and supplementary budget (BRS) No 3/2001 intended to rebalance the breakdown of staff between temporary agents and permanent officials (see EUROPE of 20 April, p.10).
