The British engineering group GKN will be bought by the Australian BRAMBLES, operation aiming to create a giant in logistics whose market capitalisation is estimated at more than GBP 6 billion, announced the Sunday Business. According to the plan envisaged, NEW BRAMBLES will be 55% held by BRAMBLES and 45% by GKN.
