The Dutch ING will federate all of its insurance activities in Belgium within in a new organisation and under the authority of a centralised management. These activities are presently shared between the PATRIOTIQUE and RVS companies as well as by the insurance subsidiaries of the BBL (BBL LIFE, BBL INSURANCE and BBL INSURANCE BROKERAGE).
