29/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The President of the EP, Nicole Fontaine, welcomed, on 28 March, the green light given by the Israeli authorities to the transfer of parcels from the "Plane for Gaza" (operation lead by several Belgian NGOs). The Israeli authorities had first, in referring to the blockade, refused the landing in Gaza by this plane that carried medicines, clothes and olive trees, but, following numerous interventions, they allowed the goods to transit via Israeli territory,...
