Schwimmer condemns attacks in Northern Caucasus

Strasbourg, 26/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Walter Schwimmer, condemned the bomb attack that took place on Saturday 24 March in several locations in Southern Russia, killing some 20 people and injuring over 120 more.
