ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The Belgian firm TRACTEBEL has concluded an alliance with the South Korean energy company SAMCHULLY for the construction of co-generation plant for steam and electricity production in South Korea. The two partners will together invest $115 million in this plant, scheduled to begin production in 2004.
