26/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The World Trade Organisation is preparing to close the first stage of sector-specific negotiations on agriculture and services. After just one year of positioning, the 140 are this week "stock-taking" in Geneva on the talks and on the preparation for the next phase during which the negotiators should enter into the heart of the matter.
