12/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The CSU member (and President of the Paneuropa - Union Deutschland) Bernd Posselt called for the holding of elections for a Kosovo Parliament. This is the only way, he said, that it will be possible to bolster the democratic forces around Ibrahim Rugova.
