BMPS - BANCA MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA has concluded a preliminary agreement for the purchase from BANCA POPOLARE DI VICENZA of a stake of around 4.75% of the capital of BNL - BANCA NAZIONALE DEL LAVORO for the sum of EUR 486.4 million. BMPS may later acquire the remainder of the stake held by BANCA POPOLARE DI VICENZA in BNL, that is 3.45% of the capital according to the project.
