CHAMBON, the maritime branch of GROUPE BOURBON, is to sell the Antilles company L'EXPRESS DES ILES, of which it holds 98%, to its employees in order to pull out of its cruise activities and to refocus on marine service activities. In the year 2000, this company carried some 700,000 passengers and made a turnover of FF 90 million.
