ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

French group ROULLIER, specialised in the production of fertilisers for agricultural land, has taken over Norwegian NORSK HYDRO, a plant with an annual capacity of 150,000 tonnes of fertiliser. This unit will mainly manufacture products with high added value such as organo minerals, said the French group. ROULLIER, which has a foothold in 18 countries of Europe, made a turnover of FF 5.5 billion in 2000 accounting for 60% of its overall turnover.
