President Dukanovic defends his plan for independence, to which Solana and Patten are opposed

Brussels, 27/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The President of Montenegro Milo Dukanovic came to Brussels on Monday to defend his plan or independence for Montenegro. At the same time, Javier Solana and Chris Patten stressed their opposition to the plan.
