12/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - Michel Rocard, President of the European Parliament's Social Affairs Committee, announced that he would present to the Congress of the European Socialist Parties (7 and 8 May in Berlin), with a certain number of other European parliamentarians, a platform for a "new European federalism". Mr Rocard will take part in a colloquium of the Socialism and democracy club, in which spoke, among others, the European Commissioner Pascal Lamy.
