Specialised in medical probes, PORGES has an annual turnover of EUR 46 million and employs 390 people. Moreover it announced that sale of its fine chemicals activities, SYLACHIM (annual turnover of EUR 118 million with 380 people), to the chemist DYNAMIT NOBEL (German group METALLGESELLSCHAFT).
