The American investment bank HELLMAN AND FRIEDMANN is to propose $650 million to the German group in difficulty EM.TV in exchange for a 40% stake in the company with Formula I rights, SLEC, the Financial Times Deutschland has announced. EM.TV currently holds a 50% stake in SLEC, the remaining 50% stake remaining in the hands of the businessman Bernie Ecclestone.
