ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) rail maintenance

COMPAGNIES DES WAGONS-LITS (French group ACCORD) has announced the sale of its rail maintenance activities to the American investment fund COLONY CAPITAL, associated to the management, for an undisclosed amount. This division has an annual turnover of 31 million euro and employs 425 people.
