ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

Exclusive bidder for a 35% stake in the Polish power plant of Rybnuk (southern Poland), the consortium made up of France's EDF INTERNATIONAL and German ENBW - ENERGIE BADEN-WURTTENBERG should sign the definitive contract in February, and Treasure Ministry has announced. The final cost of the transaction has not been revealed but is said to be over $140 million.
