The Japanese electronic group HITACHI has announced the creation of a joint-venture with the electric equipment manufacturers FUJI ELECTRIC and MEIDENSHA, responsible for building electric sub-stations. The partners have set as goal for their joint-venture an annual turnover of 150 bn yen.
