Dutch bank ABN AMRO and the French distribution group PPR - PINAULT-PRINTEMPS-REDOUTE have signed a partnership agreement for the provision of all financial services in France. According to the terms of the agreement, ABN AMRO will acquire a 49% share in BGC - BANQUE GENERALE DE COMMERCE held by FINAREF, the credit and financial services arm of the PPR group.
