Italian businessman Sergio Cragnotti (CRAGNOTTI & PARTNERS) has sold for the sum of $200 million, 50% of the Brazilian detergents company BOMBRIL (turnover equivalent to 380 billion lira in 2000) to the American cleaning product manufacturer CLOROX. The latter could later acquire the remainder of the capital.
