ABX LOGISTICS FRANCE, the French subsidiary of Belgian ABX, itself a logistics division of the Belgian railway SNCB, is to acquire the STNO-BOUQUEROD group (annual turnover EUR 65.5 million with 600 employed including 350 drivers and 750 vehicles) for an undisclosed amount.
