E.ON ENERGIE is to make a bid for the shares that it does not yet own in the Swedish company SYDKRAFT AB. The German firm had gathered on the stock exchange 42.8% of the voting rights and 29.4% of the capital of SYDKRAFT. According to Swedish regulations, a bid on all the shares in circulation must be made as soon as the threshold of 40% of voting rights is crossed. See EI of 15 and 16 January.
