The German generic pharmaceuticals manufacturer HEXAL (turnover of DM 1.3 billion forecasted for this financial year) acquired 100% of the American group EON LABS MANUFACTURING (turnover of USD 110 million forecasted for this year). The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
